Opportunity: Technical Support
and Customer Service
Summary
We have opportunities for enthusiastic, career-oriented Sales/Tech/Customer specialist in the automotive field to join the Hypertech team. This position is in Bartlett, TN. Location assistance will not be provided.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Help customers by providing solutions and information about our products
- Help existing accounts by providing information and resolve requests
- Takes orders and process returns
- Interface with Hypertech Tech Support database to track customer service
- Learn pricing, products, new products, and merchandising techniques
- Communicate with team of supervisors, engineers, and technical support
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks in a timely manor
- Some travel and overtime may be required for working shows, events, etc.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge in MS Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Self-confidence with ability to relate to all levels of customers
- Should be self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate positively and clearly
- Proactive with excellent follow up
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Notable time management skills
- Flexibility to adjust to changing needs
- Automotive experience is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation, on time and excellent attendance is a must
